We are both HCPC registered and Chartered Physiotherapists and have over thirty years of experience in the healthcare sector.

We both love challenging the norm and delivering the best service for patients. While clinicians concentrate on patients, we work on the governance framework.

I (Sandra) started my career in the North before moving to the South West. I was an outpatient physiotherapist before moving into management. I have managed an independent hospital and a national physiotherapy service, where I met and worked with Sarah. I moved 50 sites towards common goals of business growth supported by full evidenced regulatory compliance.

I (Sarah) started my career as a physiotherapist in a London teaching hospital. After several years I moved into managing and inspecting therapy services working jointly with Sandra. Recently I moved into the Health and Social Care sector and managed a Care Home.

Together we are on a mission to support allied health professionals.
We work as part of your team to strengthen the governance framework aiming to make it more robust. We act with integrity and love what we do and are here to help you.

HCPG is an excellent company, and I cannot recommend working with them enough. Compliance is so important, but it can be hard to know where to start on your own. Sandra and Sarah will work with you every step of the way, and I feel so much more confident now.
