When you don’t know what you don’t know about the standards and regulations, we started to provide the clarity, the direction, and the tools to get things sorted in Part One and by popular request, we now have Part Two. We will cover Safeguarding, Documentation, HCPC standards – changes from Sept 2023, and also current key themes arising in professional committee hearings. This course follows Part One, and does not repeat learnings from that session but looks further at how you can exhibit professional behaviour and processes, particularly if challenged. If your documentation was challenged, would it meet the standards? What are the themes for the proposed HCPC changes and are you getting things in place for this? Sounds boring? It won’t be, we are keeping the same popular style of delivery! Come and find out how governance can be interesting and take the opportunity in a small group to engage with your peers and improve the service you provide to your patients.
