How do I order a policy, course, consultancy call or training session?
- Click store from the top menu.
- Create an account on our website.
- Select what you would like to order.
- Click add to order.
- Click checkout.
- Read and click the approve these items tab to agree to our NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and T & Cs.
- Enter your payment details.
What happens once I’ve placed an order?
All purchases are added to your account which you can access and download by clicking my orders. The call associated with a policy is linked to the purchase, where you can access our diaries and book the most suitable time for you.
How do the template packs link to a policy?

If I can’t attend a course, will I receive a refund?
You will receive a full refund if you cancel at least 14 days before the course date.
How long does an audit take?
It takes a whole day which starts at around 10.30am with a break for lunch.
Tell me a little more about the audit?
Every initial audit is the same. We provide a report 48 working hours after the audit. We then discuss which package will suit you. Any additional items we can bespoke to your service and work out the financials together (these items could be extra documents or training that is specific to your site). We can offer instalment payment terms and are here to help you every step of the way.
