What’s included in the monthly subscription?
All your required policies, processes, and templates, tailored to your clinic, plus support, updates, and your audit. The exact level of hands-on help depends on the option you choose. See our three options for details.
If I am on a subscription do I need to buy policies separately?
No. All policies and governance documents are included in your monthly subscription. We’ll create or customise them so they’re fit for purpose and meet the latest professional standards.
How long will it take to become certified?
No. All policies and governance documents are included in your monthly subscription. We’ll create or customise them so they’re fit for purpose and meet the latest professional standards.
Option 1: 2 years – Year 1 is building your compliance foundation, Year 2 is your audit and certification.
Options 2 & 3: 1 year – We complete your foundation, audit, and certification in the same year.
Can I move between options?
Yes. If your circumstances change, you can upgrade or downgrade your option.
What happens if I have a low score in my audit?
Support calls are included to address the issues raised from your action report. Re-audits are built into your package where relevant.
Is certification recognised outside my clinic?
Yes. Your HCPG certificate and badge can be displayed in your clinic, on your website, and in patient communications. It signals to patients, insurers, and referrers that your clinic meets the highest compliance standards.
Do you work with NHS clinics?
We focus on private practices in physiotherapy, chiropractic, and osteopathy. NHS providers usually have internal governance processes, but we do work with the NHS and are happy to discuss bespoke projects.

Can I buy compliance document templates without signing up for a package?
Yes. Our online store has a full range of policies, templates, and governance documents that you can buy individually. It’s ideal if you only need a specific document or want to start improving your compliance without committing to a monthly package.

Many clinics begin with store purchases and later move to one of our three service options for full support, implementation, and certification.

All purchases are added to your account, which you can access and download by clicking My Orders. Any calls linked to the documents provide a booking link so that you can access our diaries and book a time to suit.
